Clinical Systems Tester Role Summary

This position is for a Clinical Systems Tester who will work within a Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS, eCOA platforms and IRT systems. Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulatory requirements and excellent documentation skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test scripts in Veeva EDC aligned with protocol requirements
  • Validate workflows across eCOA and IRT platforms
  • Participate in system validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ and UAT, for DCT tools
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, data management and vendors to troubleshoot issues and verify system behavior
  • Review data capture logic and support query testing to ensure data accuracy
  • Document test execution results and manage traceability to support audit-readiness
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in test processes across DCT systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Veeva CDMS
  • Working knowledge of eCOA platforms
  • Experience with IRT systems
  • Prior involvement in DCT environments
  • Understanding of clinical trial regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
