Executive Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management professional to lead our team in achieving exceptional results. In this critical role, you will contribute to strategic plans, prepare and implement action plans, and ensure production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operations insights and recommendations to inform strategic planning and reviews.
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Analyze problems, complete audits, identify trends, and evaluate variances.
  • Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, schedule expenditures, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Optimize organizational processes and workflows, employee and equipment layouts, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Achieve operations and organization objectives by completing related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel is required.
  • Effective leadership skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive nature and high organizational skills.
  • Good people skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Deadline-oriented and business management capabilities.
