We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Operations Specialist. This position is ideal for an individual with expertise in process optimization, supplier negotiations, and lean manufacturing.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to contribute to process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management. Key responsibilities will include vendor search and development, negotiation with suppliers to optimize material costs, setting up manufacturing and quality control processes, procurement of raw materials and semi-finished goods, and overseeing the implementation of ERP and project management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute. A background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration is preferred, along with 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor search and development
  • Negotiate with suppliers to optimize material costs and maintain strong, mutually beneficial vendor relationships
  • Setting up manufacturing and quality control processes at the contract manufacturer's location
  • Procurement of raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP (Odoo) and project management (Jira) systems to elevate visibility and streamline workflows
  • Business Operations - Certifications, pricing, logistics
  • Inventory management - Minimizing stockouts and excess inventory
