Job Overview

  • Support market units on product quality and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with regional and national regulations.
  • Oversee product quality case management, reporting, claim handling, deviation reporting, sales stops, and recalls, maintaining rigorous standards.
  • Contribute to business planning by integrating product quality and compliance insights for strategic direction, enhancing our market position.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions to ensure end-to-end product quality, safety, and compliance, promoting an open culture.
  • Drive change and lead teams in complex business environments, leveraging risk assessment and mitigation expertise.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and standards, upholding our values-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Law, Sales, Business Management, or relevant experience are highly valued.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Compliance/Product Quality is essential.
  • Experience in retail, commercial, and strategic business planning, preferably in the home furnishing sector, is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

Will have a deep understanding of business complexity and the critical role of quality and compliance, possessing excellent leadership skills.
