Financial Credit Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rating Specialist.
- Credit Evaluation: Review and assess credit ratings for corporate, SME, business banking, NBFC, MFI, broker, and bank clients across the financial sector.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews of financials (industry, business, risk) and credit ratings.
- Rating Rationale: Prepare rating rationale along with explanations for any changes in risk scores.
- Policy Compliance: Monitor adherence to credit policy guidelines.
- Decision Making: Collaborate with stakeholders (Credit/ Business) to make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business/credit groups across various sectors. They will also be responsible for tracking industry developments, benchmarking companies within sectors, and ensuring adherence to processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate internal credit ratings for corporate, SME, business banking, NBFC, MFI, broker, and bank clients.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, including review of financial data and management practices.
- Prepare rating rationale and communicate changes in risk scores.
- Monitor deviations from credit policy guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure timely decision-making.
