Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing impactful product design work and a proven track record in designing high-performing B2C digital products. They will be responsible for setting the vision, guiding execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define design strategies and translate insights from user research into actionable improvements.
  • Lead prototyping, usability testing, and iteration cycles to validate solutions and provide mentorship and guidance to other designers.
  • Advocate for design as a strategic driver in product planning and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to clearly present and defend design choices, and be proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
