Our Product Management team takes hold of this massive opportunity to deliver our customers a growing portfolio of never-before-seen capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Training Delivery, you'll be responsible for:

  • Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services, while managing remote labs, configuring student pods, and resolving issues
  • Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
  • Providing support and assistance to students as needed
  • Distributing training onsite or virtually, with up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones

We're seeking candidates with 4+ years of experience in technical training. You should have detail-oriented skills, ability to tailor training to the target audience, and ability to mentor and influence effectively. Experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology is a plus.
