Senior Associate - Oracle HCM Expert

As a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience, you will lead the preparation of RFP responses for Oracle HCM Fusion implementations and work closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive RFP submissions.

  • Conduct engaging client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, showcasing their value and functionality based on client requirements.
  • IDentify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absences & OTL, Talent & Performance management, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.
  • Configure Core HR/Absence Management/benefits/payroll/OTL/Talent Management/Compensation based on customer needs and document application set-ups.
  • Functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Absence Management/benefits/payroll/OTL modules to identify setup issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators, ensuring seamless use and maintenance of Fusion HCM Solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Core HR/Oracle Absence Management/benefits/payroll/OTL/Talent Management etc. Additionally, they will hold demos functional and technical discussions with onshore teams, including the end customer, and collaborate with the offshore and onshore team to ensure client satisfaction.
