About the Role

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and business strategy. This role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making within the contact center.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
