Job Title: Seasoned Software Engineer

About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to design and develop high-performant applications used by hundreds of external customers daily. You will work on projects that span technologies, systems, and processes where you will design, test, and ship great code every day.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with experts in infrastructure, design, and operations to build mission-critical internal and external features that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding product requirements and features, keeping in mind the real-world problems our customers face.
  • Designing and implementing well thought out services, systems, and solutions that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
  • Breaking down complex projects into achievable tasks for developers.
  • Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers on the technical front.
  • Strong experience in developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed backend services.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • PHP experience.
  • Angular and ReactJS experience.
  • Experience working with the AWS cloud platform.
