This role involves developing and executing comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include creating conversion-focused copy for landing pages, sales funnels, and lead generation campaigns, as well as crafting compelling course descriptions, curriculum outlines, and educational content that drives enrollment.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Content Creation Specialist will be expected to create optimized web copy, blog posts, and resource pages that rank and convert, develop platform-specific content strategies with engaging captions, ad copy, and viral content concepts, design high-converting email sequences, newsletters, and nurture campaigns, and write persuasive ad scripts for video, display, and social media campaigns with proven ROI.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional content writing/copywriting experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or skill training industry, a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience, and a portfolio requirement: Must demonstrate measurable results (conversion rates, engagement metrics, campaign performance).

Additionally, the Content Creation Specialist should possess advanced SEO knowledge, schema markup, keyword research, keyword cluster and search intent optimization, experience with CMS (WordPress, HubSpot), email platforms, and marketing automation tools, understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with design teams on content-visual integration, and preferred skills such as conversion copywriting, educational content, brand voice development, and project management.
