Project Coordinator

As a key stakeholder in our organization, you will serve as the central point of contact between our clients and our company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing a project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Managing multiple projects from design to construction, including budgeting, risk assessment, and client communication.
  • Coordinating with MEP services and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing project budgets and monitoring changes/variations.
  • Coordinating teamwork between stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting negotiations with vendors and business partners.
  • Establishing reporting arrangements for project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A process-driven approach and quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in building construction industry.
  • Relevant experience in managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
  • Tech-savviness and experience in adopting digital initiatives.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision.
