About Our CompanyOur organization specializes in delivering comprehensive solutions for workplace design, execution, operations, and transformation services to global enterprise clients across India.Job SummaryYou will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for premium clients in Bengaluru—from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover. This senior leadership role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Turnkey Fit-Out Execution:
    • Interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and Control Project Plans:
    • Schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate Internal/External Stakeholders:
    • Client, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure Compliance with Design Specifications:
    • Frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Resolve Technical or Contractual Challenges:
    • Timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Maintain Transparency throughout the Project Lifecycle:
    • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
