Leading player in Real Estate and Hospitality, a blue-chip client of Maxima Global, is embarking on an ambitious state-of-the-art new integrated development project for Mixed Use. To provide its customers with a unique and technologically advanced experience, they aim to leverage the latest Smart Technologies.

This role involves overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's ICT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of all ICT systems, manage a team of IT professionals, and align ICT initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement ICT Strategies: Align ICT strategies with the organization's business objectives to drive innovation and growth.
  • ICT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ICT professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Security and Integrity: Ensure the security and integrity of ICT systems and data, implementing robust security measures and protocols.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with other departments to identify ICT needs and develop solutions that support business operations, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of ICT systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction in ICT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for ICT-related issues and inquiries from other departments.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be an Electronics/Computer Science Engineer with 20 years of experience, having implemented ICT for at least two world-class major projects.
  • International experience handling such projects will be an added advantage.
  • IoT-enabled ICT network design is essential for this role.
  • Experience in ICT strategy formulation, project design, and program management of technology implementation is crucial.
  • Strong documentation skills to articulate the needs of internal and external clients are required.
  • Preparation of concept notes and detailed project reports, including deployment of field devices, networks, DC infrastructure, and applications, is also necessary.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
