Job Opportunity

We seek a senior professional with expertise in product lifecycle management (PLM) and PTC Windchill to lead a major global project.

This project is strategically important within the healthcare industry, having high visibility and impact.

The selected candidate will support a high-priority program upgrading and modernizing PLM systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and enterprise integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of a Windchill upgrade, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop project plans and implementation schedules incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues, applying structured problem-solving to resolve challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms, PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Skills in vendor management, migration & upgrade experience, validation & regulated industry knowledge, communication & governance, change & adoption management, budgeting & financial tracking, and soft skills.
