Job Title: Graphic & Motion Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals and motion graphics for various digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. They will also have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms
  • Creating unique, out-of-the-box concepts that push the boundaries of design
  • Adapting designs to platform-specific formats and sizes
  • Developing brand identities, icons, website banners, infographics, and other visual elements
  • Supporting web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics
  • Delivering print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits
  • Creating explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos
  • Editing raw video footage, applying motion graphics, transitions, and effects
  • Using AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts
  • Applying color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality
  • Organizing and managing video assets efficiently for quick access
  • Staying updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends
  • Recommending and adopting new AI-driven tools to improve creative output

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI creative tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals and videos
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
