Motion Graphics Designer Role

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Motion Graphics Designer to spearhead the creation of dynamic visual content. This role entails overseeing all aspects of motion graphics production, from conceptualization and design to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and storyboard animation sequences in collaboration with clients or creative teams.
  • Design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects using industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Select and animate text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.
  • Synchronize animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to produce a cohesive final product.
  • Edit video by combining motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Ensure all motion graphics align with client brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of design principles: layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proficiency in animation principles: timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail: ensure accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills: convey ideas and work well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills: manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.
