Pega BPM Developer

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying business process management solutions using Pega BPM. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire program lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Pega BPM applications, ensuring they meet rigorous functional and non-functional standards.
  • Work in tandem with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, developing tailored solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Pega BPM features and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance existing processes and implement innovative ones.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Pega BPM development, with a deep understanding of Pega's BPM methodology and best practices.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
