Job Title: Product Development Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Product Development Intern. This role offers the perfect opportunity for an aspiring product professional to gain hands-on experience in product growth, development, and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving user onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement for our super app. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, develop and implement user acquisition strategies, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute user onboarding and adoption strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and deliver new features that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with data analysts to analyze user behavior and optimize product features for better user experience.
  • Identify and prioritize areas of improvement within the product and propose data-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product development, product management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
