Senior Developer Opportunity

This is a challenging and dynamic position where you will be responsible for coding daily, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and building advanced AI workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • AI & Workflow Development:
    • Design and implement agentic workflows for eligibility verification and claims processing.
    • Develop AI agents using large language models (LLMs) frameworks.
  • Cloud & Infra Optimization:
    • Take ownership of cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and performance improvement.
    • Achieve meaningful reductions in cloud spend while scaling usage and automating all aspects of the product.
  • Product Architecture & Coding:
    • Deliver APIs and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and REST.
    • Improve API sync SLA to near real-time.
  • Reliability & Automation:
    • Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated regression testing.
    • Enhance scraper and ingestion pipelines to 90%+ success rates.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with current architect to accelerate project execution.
    • Mentor junior developers, set coding best practices, and enforce quality standards.
    Requirements
    • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in agentic AI development work, .NET stack, Docker, Python, PySpark, distributed systems.
    • Strong expertise with Azure (Databricks, Functions, Storage, Cost Optimization).
    • Proven track record of building AI/LLM-driven applications in production.
    • Experience in improving API reliability and scaling infrastructure.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring ability in small distributed teams.
