Position Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Location: Noida

Department: Finance

Experience Required: 4–7 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition leases financial instruments etc.
  • Support M&A transactions due diligence and integration from an accounting perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations tax treasury and legal.
  • Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of IND AS IFRS and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel ERP systems and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
