Strategic Financial Planning Role

We seek a seasoned financial professional to drive our company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for international regions.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics, able to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the development of annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • CA or MBA with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, Business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
