Job Title: Construction Billing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled construction billing engineer to prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), conduct rate analyses, and manage billing systems.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and performing Quantity Surveying, strong analytical skills, and experience with Rate Analysis. You will also have knowledge and experience in using Billing Systems, excellent attention to detail, and accuracy in financial documentation.

In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth billing processes and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for quantity surveying, cost estimations, and ensuring that all financial aspects of construction projects are accurately documented and managed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform Quantity Surveying
  • Conduct rate analyses and manage billing systems
  • Quantity surveying and cost estimations
  • Accurately document and manage all financial aspects of construction projects
