We are seeking an experienced Business/Data Analyst who will work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to turn data into actionable insights that inform product development and client success.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret pharmaceutical datasets related to drug approvals, pricing, reimbursement, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with commercial and market access stakeholders to translate business needs into data models and insights.
- Build dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to support customer-facing use cases in RXinsightx.
- Contribute to product roadmap prioritization and define data requirements.
- Assist in go-to-market strategies through competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and opportunity sizing.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a business/data analyst in the pharma or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations, including launch readiness, pricing strategy, market access, and GTM models.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (clinical trials, HTA, IQVIA).
- Ability to translate business questions into technical queries and vice versa.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.
