The Technology Lead/Co-Founder will drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of a revolutionary professional identity verification platform.

About the Platform

This pioneering platform is designed to transform how professionals connect, verify, and build trust in a digital-first world. The Technology Lead/Co-Founder will oversee the development of the identity verification engine, exchange, and supporting SaaS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the technical strategy and architecture for the platform.
  • Lead product development cycles from beta launch to global scaling.
  • Oversee full-stack development (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, mobile).
  • Ensure high standards of data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with tech vendors, cloud providers, and verification services.
  • Drive innovation in AI, blockchain/Web3, or other advanced tech where applicable.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the engineering team.
  • Represent technology in investor meetings and strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software/product engineering, ideally in SaaS, identity management, fintech, or security domains.
  • Strong expertise in modern tech stacks: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, data architecture, mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of data security, identity verification, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in scaling products from MVP to mass adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, resource-constrained environments, and rapid pivots.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with blockchain/Web3, AI/ML, or decentralized identity frameworks.
