**Technical Leadership Opportunity**

Dispatch Network is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge technology stack.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineer to take ownership of shaping the architecture and core systems of a revolutionary urban logistics platform.

  • Build foundational services from scratch, leveraging Go and Python as primary languages.
  • Drive strategic architecture decisions that will define the company's technical trajectory.
  • Migrate pilot projects to national scale, handling massive rider growth with ease.
  • Work across the tech stack, integrating backend, infrastructure, and app components.
  • Influence technical culture, standards, and team dynamics.

This role goes beyond traditional developer responsibilities, offering a chance to co-create a groundbreaking platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Core Systems Development: Own and develop key services like Orchestrator, droneAI APIs, and rider operations tooling.
  • Infra & DevOps: Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure, including RDS, Redis, OSRM servers, ECS/Fargate, VPCs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ai/ML Integration: Productionize demand prediction, rider assignment, and fleet balancing models.
  • 0 → 1 Execution: Translate architecture into production code, prioritizing simplicity and reliability.
  • Ownership & Leadership: Establish best practices, review code, and grow into leadership roles as the team scales.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in building and shipping backend systems, preferably in Go and Python.
  • Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design principles.
  • Experience with AWS stack: EC2, RDS/Postgres, Redis, networking basics (VPC, NAT, IGW).
  • Comfort with DevOps tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, and ECS.
  • Bonus: Geospatial systems, real-time platforms, or ML inference integration expertise.
