Technical Leads play a pivotal role in the success of any organization. As the technical architect, you will be responsible for spearheading all technical operations and ensuring seamless integration with clients.

A highly skilled Technical Lead will possess excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities are also essential to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Operations: Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and suggest optimal solutions.
  • Team Management: Analyze all aspects, from documentation to code security, and retention of team members.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of approved solutions and develop work schedules for the team.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and formulate contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Training and Development: Schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements and keep up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
