Business Systems Specialist Job Overview

The Business Systems Specialist is a key member of the Sales Operations team. This role is based in our Bangalore office and focuses on ensuring systemic accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.

This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficient task execution, and maintaining SLA targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.
  • Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests and drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aggressive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points for additional knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, and Dataloader and SOQL.
