Fundamental Financial Role

  • A comprehensive financial role that involves overseeing internal audits, statutory reports, and corporate governance.

About the Role

This position entails overseeing multiple facets of finance including tax compliance, GST remittance, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing internal audit processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of statutory reports, including ROC and Legal work.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Liaising with government officials and external auditors to ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a solid educational background in commerce or a related field and have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Key Skills:
  • M.Com Graduate or equivalent degree in Commerce.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
