We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst who can conduct test sessions, analyze EMV data, and provide insightful feedback. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting test sessions in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
  • Analyzing EMV test data and providing feedback.
  • Producing comprehensive test reports.
  • Understanding customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
  • Developing technical documentation.
  • Offering technical consulting and debugging services.
  • Providing technical support internally and externally.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the payment industry.
  • Good English language proficiency (oral and written).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and authorizing test reports.
  • Preparing and delivering internal technical training sessions.
  • Providing extensive technical support and analysis.
  • Engaging actively in new service implementation and audit preparations.
