Job Title: Information Security Manager

Job Purpose: To provide a conduit between IT teams and business stakeholders in the area of IT Security.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to act in a key technical management capacity, ensuring information technology needs are managed consistently following global standards. This role involves working closely with IT teams and key business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead auditor for ISMS and PIMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform regular reviews and updates to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Conduct deep assessments to gather evidence of continuous compliance with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019, DPDPA, and IT Act.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks and prioritize remediation recommendations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security awareness programs for employees.
  • Prepare regular reports on information security posture, GRC maturity, and risk landscape.
  • Collect lessons learned from incidents, audits, and assessments to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor and ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Auditor certifications.
  • In-depth understanding of IT Act, DPDPA, Cert In regulations, CIS Controls, UK DPA, and ISO 31000.
  • Certification in CISM, CISSP, and Cloud Security (e.g., CCSK, CCSP).
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools like Qualys and Cloud Security Posture Management tools like Wiz.
  • Understanding of penetration testing types and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of common attack vectors and exploitation techniques.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of security controls and technologies.
  • Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and application architectures.
  • Audit principles and practices.
  • Corrective action planning and non-conformity management.
  • Third-party risk management principles and vendor due diligence processes.
