Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the finance & accounting department, including cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, general ledger, payroll & utilities, expense planning and management, budget preparation & variance analysis, assets reconciliation, and treasury operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, producing financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows).
- Establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles, coordinate annual audits, and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering business growth, supporting CEO and CFO in fund raising activities as required.
Required Experience:
- Over 5 years' experience as accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller, or treasury manager.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Depth of knowledge in payment operations, digital payment processing, MBA Finance, BBA Finance, ability to manage relationships internally and externally, willingness to work in an early-stage company, and background in financial services / payments industry preferred.
