About This Opportunity

This role is for a highly skilled HCM Cloud Functional Expert who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on configuration and customization. They should be well-versed in the latest industry trends and best practices, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HCM Cloud solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionality.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
