Job Title: IT Infrastructure Expert

The Enterprise Mobility team is responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of our technology environment. We are a collaborative group of product and platform teams passionate about continuous delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).

  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft PowerShell
  • Jira
  • Confluence

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in:
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement)
