Senior Visual Designer
Grapes Worldwide seeks a talented Senior Visual Designer to join their team as a key member of the design department. As a senior visual designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that captivate audiences.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into standout design concepts—from ideation to final execution.
- Design social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.
We are looking for a designer who is passionate about creating visually appealing designs that tell a story. If you have a strong portfolio showcasing your work and are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, we want to hear from you
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Graduate degree in any field (design background preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Good grasp of design principles, typography, and layouts.
- Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E) will be an added edge.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients, and open to constructive feedback.
