Job Overview

This role is responsible for the deployment and management of desktop solutions in Mac environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement best practices for managing a mid-to-large-scale Mac environment.
  • Develop and manage MAC OS images and OS upgrades.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for Mac OS.
  • Engage with end users to assist in advanced troubleshooting of complex issues.
  • Develop and manage training strategies for Apple global support.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of OS X.
  • Experience with system image creation and maintenance, software and system testing, encryption and security tools, and certificate and profile management on Mac devices.
  • Knowledge of JAMF, application and patch packaging and distribution, scripting, and OS imaging.
  • Basic network experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with productivity tools running on Macs, including O365 and other enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.E / B. Tech (Computers, IT).
  • Applicable Apple certifications a plus.
  • OS X Server administration experience.
