- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through a combination of leads from our branch network, call centers, and self-generated opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by effectively engaging with customers and understanding their financial needs.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including assistance with claim settlements.
- Meet product mix targets in alignment with our organization's strategic goals.
- Focus on quality business generation and ensure policy renewals (persistency).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Undergraduates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 6 to 12+ months of sales experience in life insurance or BFSI is required.
- Age: Between 21 and 38 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting sales targets.
