Job Description:

Role: We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling digital experiences. From static landing pages to dynamic video campaigns, you'll be the creative force behind our marketing and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging landing pages in Figma—optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal.
  • Design and manage marketing visuals across formats—ads (Google & Meta), social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced Figma skills plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design (landing pages, campaigns, branding) and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for multi-channel performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) or interactive design.
  • Understanding of growth marketing principles and data-driven creative testing.
