As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of site visit reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify site visit reports to ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines, and protocol requirements.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to project managers and CRAs to enhance the quality of site visit reports.
  • Identify and track compliance issues and escalate them to the project team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to optimize project delivery and drive results.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a strong focus on on-site monitoring.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in clinical research operations with a proven track record.
  • Basic therapeutic knowledge and understanding of protocols.
