Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of High-Tech Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and upkeep of our machinery.

You will support our installed fleet to the satisfaction of customers while adhering to established guidelines. Additionally, you will focus on achieving business targets by implementing efficient maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling service activities for high-tech drilling machines.
  • Managing contracts for surface drilling equipment deployed at various sites.
  • Achieving committed KPIs such as maintaining fleet availability, drill rates, fuel consumption, and machine uptime.
  • Ensuring proactive maintenance is performed as per schedule and best practices are followed.
  • Timely reporting and analysis of monthly data and performance figures.
  • Regular inspection and monitoring of machine performance and consumables management.
  • Developing skill levels of the contractual team through exemplary leadership and hands-on training.
  • Working on innovative solutions to improve machine performance and business development.
  • Maintaining workplace safety and ensuring sufficient stock of personal protective equipment.
  • Expanding customer relationships and working closely with stakeholders in the value chain.
  • Supporting channel partners in maintaining proper inventory and promoting rebuild/refurbishment services.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • 05-08 years of relevant job experience.
