Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for an Amazon Catalogue Specialist. The Amazon Catalogue Specialist will be responsible for managing and updating product catalogs, ensuring accurate and detailed listings on Amazon. Day-to-day tasks include catalog management, analyzing data for accuracy and improvements, and enhancing customer experience through clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Catalog Management and handling detailed product catalogs
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve catalog discrepancies
- Effective Communication Skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through improved catalogue listings
- Knowledge of Amazon's platform and marketplace rules
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
