Job Summary

This senior leadership role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for premium clients in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead turnkey fit-out execution, including design drawings, BOQs, procurement, site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans, including schedule, resources, change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including designers, vendors, contractors and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges and oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
  • 8-15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
