Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team at EVERSANA. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering commercial analytics solutions to our life sciences clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work on sales force effectiveness projects, including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, incentive compensation, dashboard reporting, test & control analysis, and MMX.

You will be responsible for developing SQL queries based on business rules and creating Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs. Additionally, you will need to understand pharma commercial data sets, such as patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, call activity, and internal CRM data, and be able to triangulate data from multiple sources to drive commercial effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with the onshore team and clients for day-to-day project activities, guide the team, delegate tasks, and take accountability for end-to-end engagement management. You will also maintain process assets, establish best practices, and facilitate data-enabled decision making for clients by providing and communicating insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in life sciences or engineering, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales force effectiveness, IC analytics, and dashboard reporting. You should have strong Tableau, SQL, and Excel tool knowledge, as well as experience working with life sciences clients. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to storyboard, are also essential.
