Tax Manager Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate tax compliance, effective tax filing and certification, and managing tax audits and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Compliance
    • The Tax Manager will be responsible for verifying the Security Transaction Tax note initiated from the membership department against the STT calculated from clearing data and sending for authorization to the Head of Department. They will also collate the P&L information of each Company to calculate the Advance Income Tax payable, and verify a note containing the amount of Income Tax to be paid by each Company on a quarterly basis.
    • The Tax Manager will validate the TDS/ST returns and ensure that the total of values in form 16A matches the total tax liability.
  • Tax Audits and Assessments
    • The Tax Manager will prepare the income computation report based on the audit reports and send it to consultants/auditors for validation. They will handle specific/critical queries from the auditors if any.
