About the Role

This role involves developing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management framework to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate business risks that could impact our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our risk management efforts, providing strategic advice to senior management on risk-related matters.
  • To develop and maintain an integrated risk reporting framework with a focus on strategic risk and de-risking strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of credit, operational, and other risks in the financial sector.
  • They will be responsible for managing risk-related projects, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
  • A key aspect of this role is to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes in the industry, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: MBA in Finance or Risk Management/ Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary/Cost and Management Accountant.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management from a Nationalized Bank/ Private Sector Bank/Large NBFCs.
  • Certifications: FRM/PRM certification will be preferred.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
    • Ability to design and implement complex mathematical models for explaining and predicting business metrics.
    • Exposure to credit risk modeling is desirable.
