We are seeking a highly experienced SRE Lead to drive the reliability, performance, and scalability of our technology solutions. As an SRE Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of SRE professionals to establish observability practices, implement monitoring tools, and cultivate a culture of resilience and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead SRE Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a strategy to drive the reliability, performance, and scalability of our technology solutions.
  • Client Interaction Role: Engage with clients on day-to-day tasks, risk management, and mitigation planning.
  • Observability and Monitoring: Establish real-time insights into system performance, availability, and customer experience through observability practices and monitoring tools.
  • Production Support Optimization: Lead all aspects of end-to-end production support, including incident management, problem resolution, and service-level agreement compliance.
  • GRC Customer Journeys: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance customer journeys through seamless and reliable technology experiences.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of observability tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
