Job Title

Role Overview

The Technical Lead is responsible for leading the development of software applications and tools to aid in building AI and ML-based solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in designing and implementing scalable architecture.

This role requires a collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs
  • Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications
  • Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
  • Interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
  • Develop product architectures and methodologies for software applications design and development across multiple platforms
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations for alignment with technology roadmap and business value
  • Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • At least 8+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Java language
  • Ability to learn rapidly in the quickly evolving technical landscape of AI and LLM
  • Collaborative and productive with loosely defined requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, microservices
  • Knowledge and understanding of Git
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions
  • Designing and integrating software applications running on multiple platform types into overall architecture
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile development practices and working in global team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
