About the Role:

A senior contracts specialist will lead major negotiations, detect strategic opportunities, and ensure the implementation of contract policies and frameworks within our Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute contract strategy to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate high-value or high-risk contracts with key stakeholders according to internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives to improve contract management systems, processes, and tools.
  • Support ongoing operational goals and team commitments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in contract drafting with a focus on SaaS negotiation.
