Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, addressing and resolving employee issues ensuring that the company provides a safe and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the hospitality or catering industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
