Job Title: Senior AI & Law-Tech Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a firm-wide strategy for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Law Technology (Law-Tech) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and Law-Tech roadmap to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in the firm's practice areas.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions across all practice groups, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Practice Leaders, Risk Managers, and Learning & Development teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms.
  • Drive business process improvements through the analysis of workflows, identification of pain points, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and HR teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data governance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of an enterprise-wide AI governance framework, ensuring alignment with ISO/DPDP standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on the intersection of law, technology, and design thinking, driving innovation and strategic growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the legal landscape, technology intersection, and design thinking principles.
  • Strong executive presence, able to engage at partner and board level.
  • Proven track record of driving business transformation, process improvement, and technological innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Citrix, iManage, Harvey AI/GenAI, Litera Proofread, LiquidText, KM Portal, TimeSheet, LexisNexis, and SCC Online.
  • Certifications in LegalTech, AI/GenAI, and project management (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
